Ingredients

  • 4 lean Aussie beef burgers
  • 1/3 cup (85g) whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, finely chopped
  • 160g drained roasted red capsicums, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, halved, peeled and finely chopped
  • 4 bread rolls
  • 60g baby Asian salad

Method

  • Step 1 Cook the burgers in a large nonstick frying pan over a medium-high heat for 4 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
  • Step 2 Combine the mayonnaise and wasabi.
  • Step 3 Combine cucumber, capsicum and avocado. Set aside.
  • Step 4 Halve the rolls and toast the cut sides. Spread the bottoms of the rolls with the wasabi mayonnaise. Top with the Asian salad greens, then burger and the salsa. Serve with the tops of the rolls.
