Ingredients

  • 350g beef rump steak, trimmed, cut into 2.5cm pieces
  • 8 button mushrooms, halved
  • 1 small zucchini, halved, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 4 slices pancetta, halved
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Thread beef, mushrooms, zucchini and pancetta onto skewers.
  • Step 2 Spray a barbecue plate or chargrill with oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 3 to 4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Serve with Greek salad (see related recipe) and lemon wedges.
