Ingredients

  • 500g pkt Coles Double Chocolate Brownie baking mix
  • 2 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs
  • 125g butter, melted
  • 450g pkt Aunty Kath’s M&M’s Minis cookie dough
  • M&M’s Minis, to sprinkle
  • Mars M&M’s, to sprinkle
  • Coles Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Ice Cream, to serve
  • Chocolate fudge topping, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 24cm (base measurement) ovenproof frying pan and line the base with baking paper.
  • Step 2 Combine the brownie mix, eggs and butter in a bowl. Pour around the edge of the prepared pan. Shape the cookie dough into a large disc. Place in the centre of the pan. Sprinkle with M&M’s and M&M’s Minis.
  • Step 3 Bake for 30 mins or until golden brown and cooked through. Top with scoops of ice-cream and drizzle with chocolate fudge topping. Sprinkle with more M&M’s. Serve warm.
