  • 8 small scoops low-fat vanilla ice-cream, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Heat a chargrill or barbecue grill on medium-high heat. Place sugar onto a shallow plate. Dip pineapple slices into sugar to lightly coat on both sides. Chargrill pineapple, in batches, for 1 to 2 minutes each side or until golden.
