  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 peaches, halved, stones removed
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • lemon sorbet, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Step 2 Place peach halves, cut-side up, onto a plate. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Stand for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3 Preheat a chargrill or barbecue grill on medium-high heat. Lightly spray with oil. Cook peaches, cut-side down, for 5 minutes, or until charred.Serve immediately with sorbet.
