  • 60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts, lightly toasted

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high. Drizzle the treviso with 2 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook half the treviso on the grill for 2 minutes each side or until lightly charred. Transfer to a serving platter. Repeat with remaining treviso.
