Ingredients

  • 35cm-long ciabatta loaf
  • 180g butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely grated tasty cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut bread into 1.5cm-thick slices (don't cut right through).
  • Step 2 Combine butter, cheeses, chilli, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Spread butter mixture over both sides of each slice of bread. Wrap loaf in foil.
  • Step 3 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is hot. Serve.
