Ingredients

  • 260g Tim Tams
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 380g NESTLÉ Top n Fill Caramel
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 600ml double cream
  • 2 banana, peeled, sliced
  • Chocolate sauce, to serve
  • Caramel sauce, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Process the biscuits in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add the butter and process until well combined. With slightly damp hands, press the biscuit mixture into a 5cm-deep, 19cm (base measurement) pie plate to line the base and side. Place in the fridge to chill.
  • Step 2 Meanwhile, place the caramel in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Use a balloon whisk to whisk until smooth. Spoon into the pie crust and smooth the surface. Place in the fridge for 2 hours to chill.
  • Step 3 Place the cream in a bowl and use a balloon whisk to whisk until soft peaks form. Top the pie with banana and the whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
