  • Total Time : 0:30

Ingredients

  • 50g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 50g milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 50g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons Grand Marnier liqueur
  • 24 dried figs

Method

  • Step 1 Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water). Use a metal spoon to stir occasionally until the chocolate melts and is smooth. Repeat, in separate bowls, with the milk and white chocolate.
  • Step 2 Stir 1 teaspoon of Grand Marnier into each bowl of melted chocolate.
  • Step 3 Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Use a fork to dip 1 fig into the dark chocolate. Place on the lined tray. Repeat with the remaining figs and dark, white and milk chocolate. Set aside for 30 minutes to set.
