Ingredients

  • 1 cup (200g) SunRice Long Grain White Rice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 300g pkt The Spice Tailor Classic Butter Chicken
  • 250g Coles Australian RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into 4cm pieces
  • 280g pkt Mission Naan Bread Garlic & Herb
  • Coriander sprigs, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Cook rice following packet directions.
  • Step 2 Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add whole spices from the Classic Butter Chicken packet and toast for 20 secs.
  • Step 3 Add the chicken and cook, stirring, until lightly browned. Add base sauce and stir to combine. Simmer for 1-2 mins. Stir in the main sauce and a splash of water. Simmer for 3-5 mins or until chicken is cooked and sauce is heated through.
  • Step 4 Heat the naan bread following packet directions. Serve the butter chicken with coriander, rice, naan and lime wedges.
