Ingredients

  • 60ml (1/4 cup) honey
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 mandarin, peeled, segmented
  • 1 beurre bosc pear, peeled, cut into wedges
  • 1 orange, peeled, segmented
  • 4 fresh dates, halved lengthways, pitted

Method

  • Step 1 Combine honey, water, cinnamon and bitters in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until heated through. Add the mandarin, pear, orange and dates and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until heated through and softened slightly.
  • Step 2 Spoon mixture evenly among serving bowls. Serve immediately.
