Ingredients

  • 120g Creative Gourmet Frozen Raspberries, thawed
  • 150g Creative Gourmet Frozen Blueberries, thawed
  • 1 small orange, rind finely grated, juiced
  • 4 amaretti biscuits (almond macaroons)
  • 2 x 150g tubs light French vanilla Fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Method

  • Step 1 Combine berries, orange rind and 2 tablespoons orange juice in a bowl.
  • Step 2 Spoon into four 3/4-cup capacity, heatproof ramekins. Roughly crush biscuits and sprinkle over fruit. Spoon over Fraiche. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons brown sugar over each dessert.
  • Step 3 Preheat a grill on medium-high heat. Grill desserts for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar has melted. Serve.
