  • 500g chorizo sausage, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 2 bay leaves

Method

  • Step 1 Place chorizo in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook for 5 minutes or until chorizo starts to brown. Drain excess fat.
  • Step 2 Add apple cider and bay leaves to chorizo. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes or until cider is syrupy. Spoon chorizo mixture into bowl and serve warm or at room temperature.
