Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  • 1/2 baguette (French breadstick), cut into 5mm-thick slices
  • 20g (1/4 cup) finely grated parmesan

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Combine oil, garlic and mustard in a bowl. Brush baguette slices with mustard mixture. Place on prepared tray.
  • Step 2 Sprinkle baguette slices with parmesan. Bake in oven, turning halfway through cooking, for 12-15 minutes or until crisp. See notes for serving suggestion.
