Ingredients

  • 75g (1/4 cup) white miso paste (see note)
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) warm water
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 300g green round beans, trimmed

Method

  • Step 1 Combine miso paste, water, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl.
  • Step 2 Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil. Cook the beans for 3 minutes or until bright green and tender crisp. Drain and refresh under cold running water. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the miso dressing and toss to combine.
