  • Total Time : 0:40

Ingredients

  • 180g block white chocolate, chopped
  • Orange food colouring gel
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate bullets
  • 1/4 cup Chicos lollies, halved crossways
  • 6 licorice allsorts, halved
  • 1/3 cup Smarties, roughly chopped (see notes)
  • 1 tablespoon black cachous
  • 2 tablespoons orange sprinkles
  • 2 tablespoons popping candy

Method

  • Step 1 Using a pencil, mark a 20cm x 30cm rectangle on a sheet of baking paper. Place, marked-side down, on a large tray.
  • Step 2 Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%), stirring with a metal spoon halfway through, for 2 minutes or until smooth. Using food colouring, tint orange.
  • Step 3 Using the marked rectangle as a guide, spread chocolate onto baking paper. Arrange bullets, Chicos and allsorts, cut-side down, on bark. Sprinkle with Smarties, cachous, sprinkles and popping candy. Stand for 20 minutes or until set. Break into pieces. Serve.
