  • 4 poppyseed bagels, split, toasted
  • 200g hot-smoked salmon, loosely flaked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Chopped chives, extra for garnish
  • Chopped dill, extra, for garnish
  • Lemon, extra, for serving

Method

  • Step 1 Combine the cream cheese with the lemon and herbs then spread onto the base of the bagels.
