  • 125g butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) orange liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon orange rind, finely grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coles Brand Ground Cinnamon
  • Coles Finest Madagascan Vanilla Bean Ice-cream, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Cook the pudding following the packet directions.
  • Step 2 Meanwhile, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and sugar in a medium bowl until pale and creamy. Add the liqueur, orange rind and cinnamon. Beat until well combined. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the orange zest.
