  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 100g butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons dark choc chips
  • Chocolate sauce, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Place brioche in four greased 1-cup-capacity microwave-safe mugs. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, flour, mixed spice, butter and choc chips together in a bowl.
  • Step 2 Divide milk mixture among mugs (do not stir). Stand 2 minutes. Microwave, 2 at a time, on HIGH (100%) for 2 to 3 minutes or until puffed and cooked through. Stand 1 minute.
