Ingredients

  • 270g (3 cups) rolled oats
  • 180ml (3/4 cup) maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 130g (1 cup) slivered almonds
  • 80g (1/2 cup) pepitas
  • 20g (2/3 cup) dried mulberries (see notes)
  • Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt, to serve
  • Fresh mulberries, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan forced. Toss oats with the maple syrup and oil. Toss through the almonds and pepitas. Spread over a baking tray. Roast, stirring often, for 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. Set aside to cool.
  • Step 2 Stir through the dried mulberries. Serve with Greek yoghurt and fresh mulberries.
