Ingredients

  • 500g packet (raspberry and vanilla) marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup caramel popcorn, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 200g block dark chocolate, melted
  • 200g block milk chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup pistachio kernels, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted
  • 2 teaspoons pink sprinkles

Method

  • Step 1 Line 2 large trays with baking paper. Place marshmallows on tray. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until cold. Combine popcorn and sea salt in a bowl.
  • Step 2 Dip 1 marshmallow into dark chocolate, tossing marshmallow to coat all over. Using a fork, carefully lift marshmallow from chocolate. Tap fork on side of bowl to shake off excess chocolate. Transfer to prepared tray. Sprinkle top with a little of the popcorn mixture.
  • Step 3 Repeat process with remaining marshmallows, using remaining dark chocolate and milk chocolate, popcorn mixture, pistachios, coconut and sprinkles. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until chocolate has set. Place in paper cases.
