  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 miniature cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) dry white wine
  • 250ml (1 cup) pouring cream
  • 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Fresh dill sprigs, to serve

  • Step 1 Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until the butter melts. Cook the cabbage for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden and tender. Transfer to a serving dish and cover with foil.
