Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 x 180g blocks white chocolate
  • 5 choc ripple biscuits, finely chopped
  • 30 candy eyes

Method

  • Step 1 Using a pencil, mark a 20cm x 30cm rectangle on a sheet of baking paper. Place, marked-side down, on a large tray.
  • Step 2 Chop 1 block of chocolate. Place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%), stirring with a metal spoon halfway through, for 2 minutes or until smooth.
  • Step 3 Reserve 2 teaspoons of chopped biscuits. Stir remaining biscuits into melted chocolate. Using marked rectangle as a guide, spread onto baking paper. Sprinkle with reserved biscuit. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until set.
  • Step 4 Meanwhile, chop remaining chocolate. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%), stirring with a metal spoon halfway through, for 1 minute or until smooth. Stand for 5 minutes. Spoon into a snap-lock bag. Snip off 1 corner. Using picture as a guide, pipe chocolate to form mummy bandages. Arrange eyes on bark. Stand for 20 minutes or until set. Break into pieces. Serve.
