Ingredients

  • 500g fresh fettuccine
  • 150g snow peas, shredded
  • 100g thinly sliced pancetta, cut into thin strips
  • 737g jar Bertolli Five Brothers summer tomato basil pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh continental parsley
  • Shaved Mil Lel parmesan, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions or until al dente, adding the snow peas in the last minute of cooking. Drain well and return to the pan.
  • Step 2 Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook for 5-6 minutes or until crisp. Set aside. Place pasta sauce in a saucepan and heat over a medium heat until warmed through.
  • Step 3 Add the warmed pasta sauce and parsley to the pasta. Toss well to combine. Divide among serving plates and top with the crispy pancetta and parmesan.
