Ingredients

  • 400g dried risoni pasta
  • 3 1/2 cups frozen peas
  • 20g butter, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves

Method

  • Step 1 Cook risoni in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions until tender, adding peas in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain well. Return risoni mixture to saucepan.
  • Step 2 Add butter and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
