Ingredients

  • 2 pizza bases
  • 1/3 cup sundried tomato pesto
  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tomato, halved and sliced
  • 2 cups Coles Brand Australian Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup baby rocket leaves, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced. Spread pesto over pizza bases. Arrange prosciutto and tomato slices on top. Sprinkle generously with Coles Brand Australian Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • Step 2 Bake for 10-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve topped with baby rocket leaves.
