Ingredients

  • 1kg Coles butcher pork spare ribs
  • 160g Coles honey soy marinade
  • 2 x 250g packets microwavable white long grain rice
  • Salad, to serve
  • Lemon, cut into wedges, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced. Place pork ribs on a rack in a large roasting pan and brush with honey marinade. Roast for 45 mins, brushing with marinade regularly and turning every 15 mins.
  • Step 2 Meanwhile, heat rice in microwave according to packet directions. Serve ribs with rice, salad and lemon wedges.
