Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Massel vegetable liquid stock
  • 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Kikkoman reduced-salt soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden ginger spice blend
  • 300g pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 brown onion, halved, cut into wedges
  • 2 red capsicums, deseeded, cut into strips
  • 150g snow peas, halved lengthways
  • 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
  • 4 cups steamed Basmati rice, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Combine the stock, hoisin and soy sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Step 2 Heat a large wok on a high heat. Add 2 teaspoons of the oil with the ginger blend and stir-fry half the pork for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. Repeat with remaining pork.
  • Step 3 Add remaining olive oil and stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the capsicum, snow peas and broccolini and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Return pork with stock mixture. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  • Step 4 Serve the stir-fry with the steamed rice.
