  • 3 cups crumbled leftover christmas pudding or cake
  • 12 small scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 125g raspberries

Method

  • Step 1 Stir the cream, chocolate, sugar and vanilla in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
