  • 12 Coles Australian Lamb Loin Chops
  • 400g pkt Coles American BBQ Slaw Kit
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

  • Step 1 Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high. Cook the pineapple for 1-2 mins each side or until charred. Transfer to a plate and set aside to cool.
  • Step 2 Combine the oil and garlic in a shallow glass or ceramic dish. Add lamb and turn to coat. Cook on grill for 3 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover and set aside for 5 mins to rest.
