Ingredients

  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 160C or 140C fan-forced. Cut all leaves from cauliflower. Cut into quarters, then cut each quarter into thick slices. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on a lightly oiled oven tray.
  • Step 2 Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin and coriander. Spray lightly again and season with salt. Roast for about 30 mins, until tender and lightly golden.
