Ingredients

  • 2kg small Lady Christl potatoes, halved (see note)
  • 1 whole garlic bulb, cloves separated, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon salt flakes

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the potato and garlic in a roasting pan. Drizzle over the oil. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
  • Step 2 Bake for 1 hour or until golden.
