Method

  • Step 1 Place eggs in a medium saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2 Reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Using a slotted spoon, transfer eggs to egg cups. Using a spoon, carefully remove tops from eggs.
  • Step 3 Serve with toast fingers.
