Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 12 Heart Smart Frenched lamb cutlets
  • 1 cup thick Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 bunch coriander, leaves picked and chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to season

Method

  • Step 1 Combine olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander and garlic clove. Place lamb cutlets in a dish and spread with the spice mix. Marinate.
  • Step 2 Combine thick Greek-style yoghurt and fresh coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
  • Step 3 Heat a barbeque or chargrill pan on medium-high. Cook the cutlets for 2-3 minutes each side for medium. Cool slightly, then serve with the dip.
