Ingredients

  • 500g Coles Australian Beef 3 Star Mince
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1/4 cup (70g) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 4 Coles Brioche Burger Buns, split, toasted
  • 1/3 cup (95g) Greek-style yoghurt, extra

Method

  • Step 1 Combine mince, ground coriander, cumin, paprika and yoghurt in a bowl. Divide mince mixture into 4 portions. Shape each portion into a 10cm patty.
  • Step 2 Heat a greased non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4 mins each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Step 3 Meanwhile, combine the cucumber, onion, radish, mint and coriander leaves in a bowl. Whisk the oil and vinegar in a separate bowl. Drizzle over cucumber mixture. Toss to combine. Season.
  • Step 4 Place bun bases on serving plates. Top with cucumber salsa, patties, extra yoghurt and bun tops.
