How to make Sriracha almonds

Ingredients

  • 300g blanched almonds
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Step 2 Place almonds on prepared tray. Drizzle over sriracha and tamari and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, or until nuts are dry.
  • Step 3 Cool on tray before storing in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
