Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 55g (1/3 cup) sunflower seed kernels
  • 60g (1/3 cup) pepitas (pumpkin seed kernels)
  • 160g (1 cup) almond kernels
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • Large pinch of ground chilli

Method

  • Step 1 Combine the seeds and almonds in a frying pan and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  • Step 2 Add honey, cumin and chilli and cook, tossing, for 1 minute. Set aside to cool.
