Ingredients

  • 300g dried small spiral pasta
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 300ml sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, plus extra to sprinkle
  • 1/2 cup grated smoked cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups grated perfect bakes cheese mix (see note)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan. Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain.
  • Step 2 Meanwhile, whisk eggs, milk, sour cream and paprika in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Step 3 Add pasta, smoked cheese and 1 cup of cheese mix. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Pour pasta mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese mix and extra paprika. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Cut into pieces. Serve.
