Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 4 x 200g Coles Australian Beef Rump Steaks
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) teriyaki sauce
  • 500g brussels sprouts, finely shredded
  • 200g Coles Australian Beetroot Slaw
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Asian-style dressing
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Season the steaks and cook for 2 mins each side or until browned. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for 2 mins or until sauce thickens and coats the steaks. Transfer to a plate. Set aside, covered, for 5 mins to rest.
  • Step 2 Combine the brussels sprouts, beetroot slaw and dressing in a bowl.
  • Step 3 Sprinkle the steaks with sesame seeds. Serve steaks with slaw, rice and lime wedges.
