Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 4 Coles Australian Beef Oyster Blade Steaks
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2/3 cup (190g) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 8 baby cos lettuce leaves
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 4 Helga's Mixed Grain Wraps
  • 1/2 cup giardiniera (pickled vegetables)

Method

  • Step 1 Combine cumin and paprika in a small bowl. Season. Rub over into beef.
  • Step 2 Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook beef for 2 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil. Set aside for 5 mins to rest. Thinly slice.
  • Step 3 Meanwhile, combine yoghurt and garlic in a medium jug. Season.
  • Step 4 Divide lettuce, onion, tomato, parsley and beef among wraps. Top with yoghurt sauce and pickles. Wrap to enclose. Serve.
