Ingredients

  • 375g spaghetti
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 425g can Sirena tuna in oil
  • 1/2 cup stuffed green olives, halved
  • 500g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 60g baby rocket
  • crusty bread, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Cook pasta and garlic in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain. Discard garlic cloves.
  • Step 2 Reduce heat to low. Add undrained tuna to pan. Using a fork, flake tuna. Add pasta, olives, tomato, onion, lemon rind, lemon juice and rocket. Season with pepper. Toss to combine. Serve with bread.
